The "Day Of" package give you a "planner in your pocket." I am available for general questions from the time of booking up until your wedding day, and here to help where I can! The bulk of my commitment begins at the 6-8 week mark, where we will have scheduled meetings to discuss all your wedding day needs and get all the details planned. We will create a timeline for your wedding weekend, work through vendor arrivals, departures, and logistics, and discuss your major focus areas , so Fanciful knows how we can best support you on your big day. I am fully accessible by email and offer weekly planning sessions beginning at the 8 week mark. On the big day, I'll be your Day-Of Captain, making sure everyone gets into place and follows through on their contracts. I will help with your set up and tear down, vendor coordination, timeline adherence, and payment delivery. Wedding rehearsal facilitation may also be an option on this package.
This plan is perfect for someone who has done all of the planning, and is looking for some assistance with implementing the details.

"I'LL TAKE YOU THERE"
Starting at $3,200
Partial Planning is perfect for someone who already has some of the vendor agreements established, but needs help in specific design areas and/or in choosing remaining vendors. We will collaborate together on theme ideas, and I'll provide suggestions for ways to really portray your individuality and style throughout the event. You will have unlimited phone and email access from the time you book, as well as monthly calls (from time of booking), plus weekly planning sessions beginning at the 8 week mark. With this package, we combine our creative insights, and responsibility is shared between planner and client. This package would also include any Day-Of services not already listed.

"IF YOU NEED ME CALL ME"
Starting at $7,500
The Full Planning package is for the client who desires complete assistance throughout the entire wedding process; start to finish. This covers everything from securing the venue and vendor contracts to full event design and implementation. You'll share your design ideas with me and from there I will put together a beautiful aesthetic so that your overall theme and story as a couple flows beautifully from start to finish, wowing you and your guests. I'll help create a budget and timeline, schedule and attend vendor meetings, review vendor contracts, and provide preferred vendor recommendations. This package includes unlimited phone and email communication and assistance in all planning facets. Wedding rehearsal facilitation, post-wedding brunch, and other appropriate wedding-weekend events may also be included (additional event assistance may increase the overall rate). I'll be with you every step of the way, ensuring it is carefree from the very beginning.
